- Soak chickpeas overnight or for 6 hours or use canned chick peas
- Pressure cook the chick peas for 2 whistles or drain water from the can of chick peas
- Drain water.
- Add oil and urad dal, mustard, red chilles, curry leaves.
- Grind coconut and green chillies together.
- Throw in chickpeas and coconut powder and fry it for couple of minutes and the snack is ready.
